Where do i start? the staff members where a journey through my stay, they made me feel very relaxed at this hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights i could’ve stayed forever. The cleanliness of my room was above the standards i expected, they provided soaps & a hairdryer in you’re room with a decent size tv that had diverse channels would even be great for kids as there was range of kids channels. I was greeted by Anna, she made my experience even better from the moment i checked in to the minute i checked out this young woman needs a raise! As checking out pretty early we was able to stay in the reception area till we was ready for our flight. All staff members were a pleasure to be around, great communication. i’ve traveled parts of the world, been to plenty of hotels but for sure i can say that this is the best hotel i’ve been to. It was worth my money & more for the service i received, when i return to vienna later on in the year i will 100% book this hotel again. Also quick 3 minute walk to the Station, easy to get to the centre and the airport (there is a bus from the station that will take you straight there) also if you look very well around the hotel location there are things to do such as an art gallery (minute walk).Sad part was i never woke up early enough for breakfast but from what i’ve heard from other guests i should’ve woken up early for it, luckily i had plenty of coffees and all worth it. Thank you to every one that made my stay feel like i was finally on holiday, i appreciate every single minute.

This is a modern "concept" hotel and there was quite a bit of style over substance. Overall, the hotel is in a good location close to the main rail station but if your room is on the east wing, you are very close to the rail lines and can hear the trains. The hotel is a good base to explore Vienna, but there are some issues that need sorting. There is a self check-in system which you are pushed to use. Most people need help and there are ever only two staff on reception (who also cover serving at the bar). Consequently, everything runs slowly as most guests need help with checking in, so it just slows everything down. Using self check-in also means you don't get told important information, such as your room only being cleaned and and replenished (ie new toilet rolls) every three days. You can't hang a tag on the door asking for room cleaning either. The breakfast was a cold self-service buffet - there was lots of choice and no queuing, so it was very good. Here's my summary:- Good:- Location Room size Wifi Shower Breakfast Bad:- Self check-in and poorly staffed reception Slow bar service Lack of toilet rolls No towel change for 3 days No safe in room No glasses provided in room (for drinking water etc.)

This unusual fancy, artistic, modern and quite new hotel is situated few minutes walking from Main train station. But fortunately we didn´t hear any noise at night. Also it´s maybe 10 minutes walking from Belvedére castle, 30 min walking from city centre and about an 1 hour walking from Ernst Happel Stadion. Great location! Room was super clean, quiet, cozy, smells really nice. Floor heating in the bathroom was a surprise, but we liked it. Bed was really comfortable. A/C was in the room, also air charge for phones in the night table, and towels smells like flowers :) Staff was very nice and polite, when we found out any misunderstanding regarding payment, they were more than willing to help. Breakfast was sufficient, there was all kind of the "cold buffet" with pastries, croissants, breads, hams, cheeses, vegetables, jams and also there was a "DYI" pancake machine. Coffee and tea machine was also available. We can´t complain. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, and we can highly recommend! For the next time we´ll come for longer staying for sure :)

The hotel was very clean and the interior design so wonderful, everything seems bright new and stylish. However, keep in mind that this is a kind of budget hotel, so you cannot expect any extras in your room such as a minibar, slippers, etc. But I believe that the kind (and funny) personel will ensure you whatever you need, if you ask. The location is excellent, 5 minutes' walk from the main station, and there is also a tram stop right in front that takes you to the city center. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come again.

The room was spacious, very clean and cosy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel is really close to the central train station, where there are trains, buses, trams, subway and it's very easy to commute anywhere but it's also walkable to the city center of vienna. There is also a luggage storage that you can use after the check out. In conclusion, it was really value for money and I"ll definitely choose this hotel if I visit Vienna in the future.
